We're very glad that you are exploring small groups here at First. There may be many reasons you are thinking about becoming involved, but we just want to say that you've made a great first step. Let us tell you what Home Groups are about; we can do it with three simple words: connect, belong and grow. |

Connect |
Most of us want to be a part of something larger than ourselves. For many of us that means getting involved with groups like churches, clubs, or volunteer organizations. |

Belong |
Connecting just isn't enought though. When we connect with others yet fail to belong to that group, we feel like something's wrong, like we don't fit in. In First Assembly's Home Groups we want to help you become an "insider" through belonging. |

Grow |
When we begin to belong to a biblical community like First Assembly, something begins to change in us. We begin to discover answers and experience life change. We've seen it thousands of times, and I mean thousands. Life change and growth happens best in small groups. |

There is something powerful and beautiful about these three words: connect, belong and grow. We hope you won't miss out on this opportunity to experience these three things in your life.
